The first module utilizes the ST7701S driver IC, offers a contrast ratio of 800:1, and provides a brightness level of 370 cd/m² with a 30ms response time. In contrast, the second module is powered by the ST7282A driver IC and, while it has a slightly lower contrast ratio of 500:1, it offers significantly higher brightness at 580 cd/m² and a response time of 35ms. Both displays maintain a wide viewing direction (ALL O’clock) and operate reliably within a temperature range of -20°C to 70°C, with storage tolerance from -30°C to 80°C.
The second module also features a slimmer outline (2.15 mm thickness vs. 2.5 mm) and utilizes an LED backlight, enhancing its visibility in brighter environments. These differences position each display for specific use cases: the first for power-sensitive applications requiring higher contrast, and the second for high-brightness outdoor or industrial settings.
